How long will my order take to make?
As all items are made to order please allow 5 - 7 business days for your order to be poured, set, packaged and sent on its way.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We send your products either by a courier or Australia Post (or at times we even hand deliver ourselves). This can take between 2 and 5 business days. If you need an item by a specific date, please specify it within the comments box during checkout. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. All orders will be approved for ‘authority to leave’ unless requested otherwise with your order.
Where do you ship to?
Australia wide. If you want to place an international order please contact us at email@example.com before placing your order.
How much is shipping?
$10.00 anywhere in WA. We have a flat rate of $10.00 for most other states, however, if you are not based in a metro area interstate it may be more and you will be advised after the order is recieved.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $125.00 within the Perth metro area. Just enter 'FREESHIPPING' at the checkout.
Do you offer local pick up?
We sure do! Be sure to enter ‘LOCALPICKUP' at the checkout. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready to collect. Pick up is from Kelmscott, Western Australia.
Do you offer exchanges and refunds?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ‘change of mind’. Once orders leave our hands what happens in transit is not within our control. We take a lot of care when packing your candles to avoid breakage and always label orders as fragile. If you receive your package and it is damaged or you do not receive it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you do custom orders?
Yes we do! We can help If you are after a special order for wedding favours, baby showers, birthdays, VIP gifts or special events. Please contact us at email@example.com to discuss further.
What do I do with an empty jar?
Once you have finished burning your jar, clean it out and repurpose (see Candle Care for instructions), or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can refill it for you.
Where are your candles made?
We hand pour all our candles in a special studio space in Western Australia. Even though it is a team approach at Pure Luxe HQ when I say ‘we’ it is really just ‘me’ who does all the hand pouring. Being hand poured means minor imperfections may be present. We hold ourselves to a very high standard in the candles we produce, but no candle will be the same. This is what makes them so special, as every piece is one of a kind.
Can I host a candle party or workshop?
Yes you can. There is nothing more relaxing than filling your house with candles and inviting a group of friends over. We bring a variety of candles to your house and the host gets a special gift and discounts. We also offer workshops for 5 people of more at your home or a selected venue. What is soy wax?
Soy wax is a vegetable wax derived from the oil of soy beans. It is the most clean and environmentally friendly wax you can burn. It is a product that is 100% natural giving you a longer burn and less black soot. Trust me, you will notice the difference.
